ChargEra is C4E’s decentralized EV charging solution app that enables users to locate, book, and pay for EV charging stations directly through the platform. It supports mobile chargers, and is integrated with blockchain and AI to optimize load balancing and energy usage. You can access ChargEra by downloading it from the Google Play Store.

2. How do I get started with Energy OS?

Energy OS is currently available for Energy Communities in Central Europe. For details regarding using our platform kindly check out the dedicated Energy OS Website.

3. What is DeTrack and how can it help me monitor energy flow or consumption?

DeTrack is a decentralized tracking system for real-time energy flow, designed to give users transparency over energy usage, production, and transfer. Whether you’re an individual user, EV charger owner, or microgrid operator, DeTrack will provide verifiable data that can be used for reporting, billing, or optimization. It is currently under development.

4. Do I need C4E tokens to use any of the products?

While some features may be available without C4E tokens, full access to the ecosystem in the future will require C4E tokens for payments, access to premium features, or participation in governance.

5. What are the main uses of the C4E token within the ecosystem?

The C4E token is the native utility token of the C4E blockchain. It can be used for transaction fees, payments (e.g. for EV charging), staking, governance participation, and incentivization of energy behaviors. It acts as the economic engine behind all core products and infrastructure.

6. Can I earn rewards or incentives by holding or using C4E tokens?

Yes. Users can stake C4E tokens to secure the network and receive rewards. In addition, specific product-related activities within the ecosystem will be incentivized with C4E tokens.

7. Where can I buy or trade the C4E token?

C4E tokens are available on selected centralized and decentralized exchanges. You can find trading pairs on platforms such as MEXC, PancakeSwap, XT, or OsmosisDex. Always make sure you’re using verified contract addresses and trusted platforms.

8. How can I participate in the C4E ecosystem as a validator or delegator?

Validators run nodes to help secure the C4E blockchain and process transactions. If you have the technical capacity and meet the requirements, you can apply to become a validator. If not, you can still delegate your C4E tokens to a validator and earn a portion of staking rewards, helping to secure the network without direct infrastructure responsibility. 9. Is there a mobile app for any of the C4E products?

Yes, the mobile version of ChargEra is live on the Google Play Store, with selected features already available. The Energy OS is currently available for the PC only.
