AIMAS constitutes the distributed intelligence layer of the C4E ecosystem, implementing a network of autonomous, cooperative AI agents for decentralized energy optimization.
Departing from the monolithic AI paradigm, AIMAS employs a multi-agent architecture in which independent decision-making entities operate at various scales from single households to community-wide coordination, while interacting through a trust-minimized, verifiable communication fabric.
The system is founded on Reinforcement Learning (RL) principles, enabling agents to learn policies that maximize long-term objectives (e.g., cost minimization, self-consumption maximization, emission reduction) through continuous interaction with their environment.
